Create Tutorials for your App

Once you are on the Mego Helper plugin, you have to click on ‘Create’ card.

Once you click on the create card you’ll be redirected on the page where you’ll find all the section of Mego Helper as shown below.

Click on 'Tutorial’ card to create tutorials for your app & you’ll be redirected on below page.

a.) Standard & Walkthrough –

        i.) Standard – This is the type of tutorial, in which you could upload tutorial images which comes as soon as app is opened.

        ii.) Walkthrough – This type of tutorial provides the animated walkthrough of the app to your front end users. This option is currently disables. It’ll be active soon.

b.) Theme 1 & Theme 2 – These options

        i.) Theme 1 – By selecting this option, you’ll be able to upload multiple images as tutorial images, when front end users will open the app first time these images will be viewed by them.

        ii.) Theme 2 – By selecting this option, you’ll be able to upload multiple images as tutorial images & you could also enter heading text & content on images, when front end users will open the app first time these images(with text on them) will be viewed by them.

c.) This section will be disabled if Theme 1 is selected under Theme Type option, & will be enabled if Theme 2 is selected.

d.) using this field you could upload the tutorial images. This filed will be active in both Theme 1 & Theme 2 case.

Create Help page for your App

Once you are on the Mego Helper plugin, you have to click on 'Create’ card.

Click on 'Help’ card to create Help page for your app & you’ll be redirected on below page.

Create Rating & Review scheme of your App

Once you are on the Mego Helper plugin, you have to click on 'Create’ card.

Once you click on the create card you’ll be redirected on the page where you’ll find all the section of Mego Helper as shown below.

Click on 'Rating & Review’ card to create ratings & review scheme for your app & you’ll be redirected on below page.

Basic

a.) Basic – It means that you are simply taking reviews & ratings of your app from the app user, the review & rating will be sent to the email id you enter on this page.

        i.) Rating Prompts – In this field you have to enter the text which will be visible on the header of the rating popup.

        ii.) Email id – You have to enter the email id on which you want the front end user rating to send.

        iii.) Box Id – This is the automatically created id.

        iv.) Button text – These are the buttons options which will be visible rating prompt at front end.

b.) Prompt Occurrence – By clicking this button you could set that when the rating prompt should open. When this button is clicked a set of options appear(Shown below) using which you could set the launch of prompt as on which day & on which launch of that day.

You could add multiple occurrences by clicking on Plus iocn.

c.) Limits – By checking this check-mark you could set the limit of prompt occurrence.

d.) Powered by MEGO Grid – If you selected this option then a Megogrid logo (as shown below) will be visible on the rating prompt.

Feedback from your App users

Once you are on the Mego Helper plugin, you have to click on 'Create’ card.

Click on 'Feedback’ card to create feedback prompt for your app & you’ll be redirected on below page.

d.) Add Screenshot – You could allow front end user to attach any screenshot with his feedback by selecting 'Yes’ option.

e.) Button text – These are the buttons options which will be visible rating prompt at front end.

f.) Powered by MEGO Grid – If you selected this option then a Megogrid logo (as shown below) will be visible on the rating prompt.

Uninstall feedback for your app

Once you are on the Mego Helper plugin, you have to click on 'Create’ card.

Create Survey for your App users

Once you are on the Mego Helper plugin, you have to click on 'Create’ card.

Set User Queries section in you App

Once you are on the Mego Helper plugin, you have to click on 'Create’ card.

Click on 'user queries’ card to create query section in your app & you’ll be redirected on below page.

a.) Query Section – In this field you have to enter the title of the query section.

b.) Box Id – This is the automatically created id.

c.) Select Input – This button is there incase you want some app user info before an App user submit’s the comment. By clicking this button a popup will open (shown below), which will have some entities, you could select any of these entities, so when user is about to send a comment, a popup will appear asking the same info which you selected on this popup.

d.) Type – You could create User queries by two types – Basic & Advanced

Basic

        i.) Basic – By selecting this type, it means that you want to create only one level query structure in your app on which front end users could comment. For example, you have Real Estate business app & you have created query topics like: Rent Apartment, PG, Charges..etc. So front end user could comment on any of these topics related to their requirement.

Advance

        ii.) Advanced – By selecting this type, it means that you want to create three level query structure in your app on which front end users could comment. For example, you have Real Estate business app & you have created query topics like: Rent Apartment, PG, Charges..etc.& under 'Rent Apartment’ You have created some questions & answers, so front end user could comment on any of these question/answers.

e.) Allow Attachment – If yous selected this option then front end user will be allowed to send an attachment with the comment. You could allow attachment in the form of Camera Image, Gallery Image or any other file.

How to respond to tickets

The comments send by frontend users (App users) will be listing as tickets, which could be viewed by going on Manage section & clicking on Tickets button.

Click on the 'Ticket’ button present on Manage page & below screen will appear

a.) All the query section will be listed here & the user comments will be listed respectively.

b.) Click on arrow to see the comments came on queries shown.

c.) The numeric value present in query levels row represents the number of comments on that particular query level.

d.) By clicking the arrow button the comments section will expand & comments will be visible with few options such as, Respone(to reply on the comment), Approval(To approve/disapprove the comment to publish globally), State(To change the status of ticket)
